1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AstrologyJuno.com (the "Site"), creating an account, or requesting a tarot reading, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase tarot readings.

2. Description of Services

Astrology Juno provides:

Free astrology articles, horoscopes, and zodiac content.
Tarot reading services via a manual reading workflow (one free reading per new account; additional readings available via paid packages).
Member dashboard to view past readings and contact support.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
You agree to provide accurate information (email, name, birth date).
One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be deleted without notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments & Refunds

Tarot reading packages are paid via USDT (TRC-20) on the Tron network.
Payments are manually verified by admin via Tronscan within 24 hours.
Once readings are delivered, they are non-refundable due to the personal nature of the service.
If a payment is sent but not credited, contact support within 7 days with your TXID.
Unused readings in your account do not expire.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the Site.
Submit fake, abusive, harassing, or illegal content in tarot questions or support messages.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or admin areas.
Use the service to harm third parties (e.g. stalking, threats).
Resell or redistribute tarot readings provided to you.

6. Entertainment Disclaimer

Tarot readings, horoscopes, and all astrology content on this Site are provided for entertainment and reflective purposes only.

Readings are NOT a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
We make no guarantees about the accuracy of predictions.
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the content.

7. Intellectual Property

All Site content (articles, design, code, images) is owned by Astrology Juno or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse Site content without written permission. You may share article links freely.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrology Juno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or tarot readings. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or chargeback activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support — see our Privacy Policy for data deletion rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
