To move forward to the organization’s goal every manager need well-educated and motivated employee. To provide a high quality environment to employees there are some responsibilities of human resources.

First things first manager behaviour should let people feel that they are important for the organization and they are valuable. To make employees feel that way will provide a motivation and that will increase the productivity rate.

Providing budget for employee’s training will help to create a more professional environment because well-educated employee means better decisions and mostly people with self-confident and those are what we are looking for in a motivation process. Briefly allow them to grow.

Salary issue has a great importance for the company. Because keeping the ratio high might gather failure and keeping it low most probably gather very low motivation caused turn-over. So fairly given decisions will provide motivation and healthy environment amongst employees.

Listening employees and trying to figure out how to solve their problems in the organization also will provide the motivation we are looking for . Reducing their worries and being friendly (keeping the business environment safe is important) to employees will let people want being more productive because when someone feels valuable in some place they want to add something from theirselves. Also giving importance about the advices from the worker’s is also a good strategy that can be followed. So briefly reduce the stress in the organization and keep the environment safe for everyone.

When an employee does a good job promoting him/her will motivate everyone . In an organization it is very normal to apply promotion not for only to the mentioned employee it will actually work for everyone. To state some goals to employees will also be beneficial for our aim.

To put it simply I’d like to say aim to provide a healthy environment to your employees and make them feel valuable this will work for your company to create a good job and that will help you to come closer to the goals of the organization.
